i developing test framework scratch , datamodel (xls) file in such way has each column each test scenario (each scenario has multiple steps part of script).enter image description here depicted below

now provide option in queries can know test cases need run based on execute row "y" flag , read particular rows excel has correspoinding parameters. e.g. test case: tc_001_login has 2 parameters susername & suserpin. @ run time query these 2 fields. during script know scenario name (tc_001_login) , fields (susername & suserpin). can tell me how can form query retrieve desired results , don't use select * from....

i suggest have field names column header , test scenarios in row wise, form key value pair each scenarios.
